Recipe: Cucumber and Dill Smoothie

What’s better than a refreshing smoothie on a hot day? The answer: not much!  As summer (literally) heats up,  sip on this light and dill-icious cucumber smoothie to cool down and feel refreshed—no matter how draining that humidity is. 

From the zesty kick of lemon to the surprisingly tasty grassy flavor of dill, this smoothie is both invigorating and super healthy. With virtually zero sugar, plenty of antioxidants, and high water content, you can put that afternoon sluggishness to bed. Drink up, and thank us later.

What You'll Need:

  • 5 sprigs of dill 
  • 1 English cucumber
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 5-10 pistachios
  • ½ cup water
  • Ice cubes

What to Do:

  1. Add all ingredients to blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Add ice cubes
  4. Garnish with fresh dill
