Who To Follow on Twitter: Fitness Bloggers

Need a fitness boost? Look no further. Our top fitness gurus are tweeting up a storm – with effective exercises, food to fuel tough workouts, and even smart phone apps to help get you moving. In fact, gym rats have gotten so tech-savvy, that hashtags such as #Fitfluential and #TeamBeachBody are filling up our Twitter feeds.

We’ve previously shared our favorite tweeting Doctors and Health Experts, Health News, and Healthy Recipe Bloggers, and now we’re bringing you a list of the fitness experts, authors and bloggers to follow for workout inspiration and motivation!

@NourishedFit – Integrative Nutrition grad Alyson Boyd blogs at Nourished Fitness, and tweets great tips for yogis and fitness fans.
